Alisa Burlakov, LCSW
Co-owner of our private practice, Alisa graduated with her undergraduate and graduate degrees in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University. Alisa has experience in treating individuals ages 9 and older. Alisa is passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where people feel seen, heard, and empowered to grow. She believes that our lives are shaped by patterns -how we respond to challenges, connect with others, and see ourselves. In session, Alisa helps clients explore those patterns with curiosity and compassion, helping them build insight and make meaningful changes that support a person’s goals and overall well-being.
She integrates EFT Tapping, the Gottman Method, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Strengths-Based Approaches, and Christian Counseling (upon request) into her treatment approach. Alisa believes in meeting clients where they are, highlighting their strengths, and collaborating every step of the way.
Outside of the therapy room, you can find Alisa spending time with her sweet pup, Mona, who’s currently in training to be a therapy dog. She also loves being with her friends and family, traveling, volunteering, playing board games, or enjoying nature with Mona.

Morgan Watson, LCPC
Morgan loves helping people navigate life’s twists and turns with compassion, practical tools, and a sense of calm—much like the peaceful waters of our local lake. Morgan specializes in trauma-focused therapy and is trained in EMDR, which helps process and heal past trauma, CBT+, which tackles tricky thought patterns, and the Gottman Method to strengthen relationships. Morgan is also a Circle of Security facilitator, helping parents build secure, connected relationships with their kids, and is trained in Yoga Calm, blending mindfulness, breathing, and gentle movement to support emotional regulation and overall well-being.
Morgan completed her Masters in family and Therapy Counseling at Gonzaga University.
Beyond working with clients, Morgan is an EMDR Consultant and CBT+ Supervisor, supporting other therapists in trauma-focused care. She works with kids, teens, and adults—offering both in-office and virtual sessions. Morgan’s approach is collaborative, flexible, and tailored to you, helping you flow toward healing and growth.

Jenna Praggastis, LPC
Jenna has always been fascinated by the human body and the human experience and spent several years doing medical research and clinical studies, working in hospitals, and raising a family. Jenna found that her research team, her patients, and her family all had one thing in common: a need for a better support system and someone to listen. From her own life experiences, she found and truly believes in the power of counseling. Jenna is passionate about communication, goal setting, and fostering a confidential relationship with her clients based on honesty, respect, and compassion.
Jenna completed her undergraduate degree at University of Utah and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Gonzaga University. She specializes in Parent-Child Reunification, grief counseling, and individual therapy.

Cortney Edwards, LCPC
Cortney grew up and attended college in small-town Texas but made the move to Northern Idaho to live a mountain inspired lifestyle. She has been a licensed counselor for 10 years and thoroughly enjoy walking alongside her clients as they heal and grow. Cortney loves working with teens, young adults, and fellow parents. She also has a lot of experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and personality disorders. She also enjoys working with couples, as well as Parent Child Reunification Cases. When she’s not in clinic, you can find her on the slopes of our Pacific Northwest Mountains.

Scottie Caten, RN
Scottie is a Registered Nurse who support patients through infusion and injection therapies. She attended nursing school at both Louisiana State University and the University of South Carolina–Aiken, and began her career in pediatric intensive care, where she developed a deep passion for providing skilled, compassionate care to patients and families. Scottie’s years of community involvement through school programs, coaching youth sports, and volunteer work reflect her caring and approachable nature.
Outside of work, she enjoys being active outdoors, cheering on her kids at weekend sporting events, finding creative projects to dive into, and spending time with her dog.

Ashton Underdahl, PMP
Ashton Underdahl is the International Best-Selling author of the book called Leader Most Loved and associated training course. She is a small business lover, team-builder, and wellness enthusiast who is passionate about helping others succeed by deploying creative yet proven methods to empower leaders and organizations to execute their visions. Ashton specializes in developing work-life balance, leadership, management, business, and professional self-care; and devotes a great portion of all her working hours to local non-profit organizations or children’s organizations that help build stronger, more connected communities. As co-owner of our practice, Ashton provides business consulting, budget counseling, and career counseling services.
Ashton and her husband live in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho with their two children and dog, Hank. When she isn't out in the community, you can find Ashton and her family out on the lake!

Debra Frueh
Debra is a MSW intern who is dedicated to working with youth and vulnerable populations and supporting their mental health. Having earned her BSW from Concordia University, she brings a strong foundation in social justice and systems-based practice to her clinical work. Debra is committed to providing empathetic, evidence-based support to clients while continuing to refine her therapeutic skills. Outside of her professional studies, she is an avid reader and a passionate crafter, finding balance through creativity.

MacKara McKenzie
MacKara is the friendly voice and welcoming presence that clients first meet when they call or visit our facility. With a background in psychology and counseling, MacKara is currently in pursuit of a master's degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at Liberty University, MacKara brings compassion, knowledge, and strong organizational skills to our organization.
Beyond the office, MacKara enjoys creative projects, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her two daughters. She loves supporting others—whether through her professional role, community involvement, or creative outlets—and strives to make each client’s experience positive and stress-free.

Emily King, MCPI
Emily is a Master Clinical Pilates Instructor who loves teaching Psychosomatic Pilates at the Healing Hub. During a guided, one‑on‑one session that blends mindful movement and breathwork to help release stored tension, improve body awareness, and support whole‑body regulation from the inside out. Emily helps clients unwind what their bodies have been carrying and restore healing from the inside out.
